1. Occupied Home Consultation/DIY home staging package (priced at $350)

Consider this as the first step towards your owner-occupied home staging plan - During the consultation, we will conduct a room-by-room walkthrough to evaluate layout, flow, and overall presentation. You’ll receive a customized written report for each room including: 

  • Furniture placement suggestions for optimal room flow

  • Lighting and Color Palette Recommendations

  • Professional Expertise for Enhancing Your Property

  • Expert guidance for decluttering and décor redesign. (with our Hands-on Staging package, you can also enjoy personalized décor shopping assistance for an additional fee).

2. Vacant Home Consultation (complementary within our Service areas)

This consultation focuses on determining how a property should be furnished and staged to look its best for listing photos and showings. Conducted in person or via video call, we review the layout, scale, and flow of the home to identify staging needs and ideal furniture placement. A staging estimate is provided following the consultation.

3. Home Design Consultation (priced at $350; full project pricing determined individually)  

This consultation is designed to help refine your space through thoughtful design guidance. We assess layout, flow, and finishes and offer tailored recommendations to create a polished, cohesive look that feels both comfortable and elevated.
