Co-owner & Certified Home Staging Expert
Danae realized the transformative impact of home staging early in her career while working in luxury apartment leasing. She saw firsthand how it could significantly speed up the rental process for vacant properties. After dedicating 16 years to the healthcare industry as an occupational therapy assistant, she decided to reconnect with her creative passions. This led her to launch a home staging business while also building a career in sales and marketing within the senior living industry. Danae approaches each project as an artistic collaboration, creating inspiring spaces. For her, the most rewarding part of staging is showcasing a home's true potential.
When she's not designing, Danae enjoys traveling, painting, photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Heather Spiker
Co-owner & Certified Staging Professional
Heather's path grew out of owning and operating a real estate investment business with her husband, where they specialized in fix-and-flip projects and vacation rentals. Through this experience, she discovered how thoughtful finishes and staging details could completely transform the way a property was perceived. After earning her professional staging certification, Heather combined her design skills with real estate expertise to help homes stand out in today's market. With a focus on buyer psychology and market readiness, she brings professionalism, warmth, and results-driven expertise to every project.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, dogs, and friends - her favorite reminders to stay balanced and inspired.

From Consultation to Closing
Step 1: Connect - Discovery and Quote
Fill out our form or call us to select a service. We discuss staging, budget, and timeline. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an estimate. Approve it to schedule an on-site consultation.
Step 2: Consult & Reserve - Finalizing the Plan
We conduct a walk-through to finalize your staging plan.

Vacant Homes (3 packages): We assess layout, demographics, and space, providing a staging plan and quote in 48 hours.

Occupied Homes (DIY or Full-service), we recommend what to keep, move, or pack, with layout tips and a "to-do" list to prepare the space.

Design Services (customized individually)
You’ll receive a personalized, detailed quote. Once approved, secure your staging date by placing a deposit.
Step 3: Stage - Installation Day
Our team transforms your home into a standout, market-ready showpiece.
Step 4: Market Ready
Use our complimentary "Coming Soon" photos to generate early interest while professional photography is prepared.
Step 5: Wrap-Up
Vacant staging includes a 30-day rental with monthly renewals available. We recommend to maintain staging until the final inspection. With 10 days’ notice, we handle furniture and décor removal (not needed for occupied homes).
