Danae Crow
Lead Designer/Consultant
Danae realized the transformative impact of home staging early in her career while working in luxury apartment leasing. She saw firsthand how it could significantly speed up the rental process for vacant properties. After dedicating 16 years to the healthcare industry as an occupational therapy assistant, she decided to reconnect with her creative passions. This led her to launch a home staging business while also building a career in sales and marketing within the senior living industry. Danae approaches each project as an artistic collaboration, creating inspiring spaces. For her, the most rewarding part of staging is showcasing a home's true potential.
When she's not designing, Danae enjoys traveling, painting, photography, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Heather Spiker
Operations/Design
Heather's path grew out of owning and operating a real estate investment business with her husband, where they specialized in fix-and-flip projects and vacation rentals. Through this experience, she discovered how thoughtful finishes and staging details could completely transform the way a property was perceived. After earning her professional staging certification, Heather combined her design skills with real estate expertise to help homes stand out in today's market. With a focus on buyer psychology and market readiness, she brings professionalism, warmth, and results-driven expertise to every project.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, dogs, and friends - her favorite reminders to stay balanced and inspired.

Our Staging Process
From Consultation to Closing
Step 1: Connect - Discovery and Quote
Please complete our online form, and you’ll receive an estimated quote within 24 hours. If you decide to proceed, we can arrange an on-site consultation to discuss your budget and timeline.
Step 2: Consult & Reserve - Finalizing the Plan
We conduct a walk-through (or view photos) to finalize your staging plan. Simply reserve your preferred staging date with a $500 deposit.

Vacant (Minimal, Basic, and Deluxe): We evaluate the layout, demographics, and available space to create a customized staging plan.

Occupied homes (DIY or full-service): We offer expert advice on what to keep, move, or pack. Our layout tips and detailed "to-do" list will help you prepare your space. Enhance your staging experience with our hands-on full-service options.

Design Services (customized individually)
Step 3: Stage - Installation Day
We elevate your home into a remarkable, market-ready showcase.
Step 4: Market Ready
Use our free "Coming Soon" photos to spark early interest while your professional photography is in preparation.
Step 5: Wrap-Up
Our vacant staging service offers a 30-day rental with monthly renewals. We recommend leaving staging until the final inspection. Just give us 10 days' notice for furniture and décor removal; this service isn't needed for owner-occupied homes.
